Due to the creation process involved we can not offer returns or exchanges. This is the policy on all our items sold in our store. All sizing for each item can be found under the description.

CARE GUIDE

Do not wear your plated jewellery in the shower, bathing, working out/sleeping this can strip off the gold or silver plating.

Our plated items are costume jewellery, not solid gold or silver as reflected in our pricing. Avoid exposing jewellery to water, chemicals, household products, and perfumes/lotions they can cause jewellery to discolour.

SHIPPING

UK postage is a flat rate of £5.00

International buyers will pay £18.00 for Royal Mail. Other courier services are quicker and are available at an extra cost, please email us for more information. The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will not be held liable for delays due to customs.
